Delaney Booker
Delaney graduated from Camosun College in the massage therapy diploma program and is now a registered massage therapist through the CMTBC, after getting her BA in Linguistics from the University of Victoria.
While treating, Delaney aims to promote function and well-being through holistic healing and client-centered care. She enjoys utilizing Swedish massage and myofascial techniques along with educating and empowering her clients.
Her previous experience as a high-performance field hockey player, combined with her education, gives her a wide range of knowledge to help a plethora of populations. When not in the clinic, she enjoys biking in all forms, hiking, field hockey, and cooking.

Sydney Chapman
Sydney graduated from Camosun college with a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy. Her education included a double major in Athletic Therapy and Exercise Physiology. She continues to pursue further education and takes annual CEU courses in her field including; concussion care, joint mobility, and manual massage techniques.
Sydney has worked with high level athletes including; Equestrian Olympians, Women’s Rugby 7’s and National Field Hockey teams. Her approach is to address each injury with individual care to ensure optimal return to sport, recreational exercise, or daily activity.
Sydney’s assessment involves a detailed biomechanical analysis with movement screening specific to the injury. Her rehabilitation techniques include manual therapy, modalities, and exercise prescription.
Prior to completing her degree, Sydney competed internationally as a show jumping athlete. Her career highlights included representing BC at the Canadian Equestrian Team finals in Toronto, competing on the Canadian young rider team at the NAYR Championships in Colorado, and winning a Grand Prix at Thunderbird Show Park in Langley.

Elaine Gammon
Elaine has been in the medical field for over 25 years practicing as a cytotechnologist in the medical laboratory. She has transitioned to the field of acupuncture in search of a more holistic approach to healthcare – one that encompasses treating the physical as well as the emotional aspects of illness.
Elaine studied Traditional Chinese Medicine through Dr. Yin at Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine and she continues to supplement her education by studying the role of fascial planes through courses taught by James Spears as well as incorporating Dr. Tan’s Balance Method.
Acupuncture addresses the immediate and underlying issues that lead to pain and illness. It can guide the body back to homeostasis and harmony. Digestion, women’s health, stress and anxiety, insomnia and pain management are just a few of the health concerns that Elaine can attend to.
When not in clinic, Elaine enjoys hiking, gardening and reading. She is a lifelong learner and has taken a number of introductory classes including archery, bookbinding, glassblowing and karate. Her latest curiosities include Tai Chi and flamenco dance.

Sarai Goodwin RMT
Sarai has been a Registered Massage Therapist since early 2010, after completing the 3,000-hour Massage Therapy Diploma Program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Victoria.
She has a strong professional focus on women’s health and paediatric care, having dedicated much of her career to supporting women and children through various life stages and health challenges. Sarai has worked extensively with women experiencing pregnancy, crisis, perimenopause, and other transitional phases, as well as with children with both typical and complex or higher needs. Kayla Lawrence

Kayla completed their Massage Therapy Diploma at Camosun College in Victoria. Kayla became interested in massage after working in health administration for many years, dealing with various repetitive strain injuries and general muscle tightness that led to her seeing an RMT regularly; through this, Kayla realized the value of self-care, muscle strengthening, and regular body check-ins.
Kayla has always had a keen interest in anatomy and thoroughly enjoys educating patients about different muscles and MSK issues. Some of their special interests include Swedish massage, deep tissue work with trigger point release, passive movement/stretching, and myofascial release.

Max has always been very involved in sports, predominantly hockey, track and field, and weight training. With the background of an athlete, he understood the importance of injury rehab and prevention, and it is this passion that led him to pursue a career as a Massage Therapist.
